Yes, its 284 today Jan 2, 2007. Up 2 lbs over the holidays. Now to work and lose that 2 plus 142 lbs more.
I thought I really was setting myself up for success in 2006 but what I did was deny myself and wait for someone else.
I tried to buddy up with someone who does not want to help themselves thinking they will see me lose and they will then understand how Atkins works and will work at it. Instead I stalled and he gained more. To heck with that !!!!
I'm here Jan 2, to work on me. I'm going to be selfish for me.
Today I am pledging to drink 100 oz of water
Today I have eaten: 3 bratwurst at 3 carbs total, 2 cups of coffee at 4 carbs
Lunch will be Tuna Salad (tuna, mayo, celery and onion) on 2 romaine lettuce leaves.
Dinner is Chicken Soup (chicken, zuchinni and yellow squash, onion, canned & strained diced tomatos. partioned into 12 servings @ 10 carbs.
I've ridden my gazelle for 30 min and I have my ab lunge for tonight and I'm airming for 30.
This is OUR year friends... lets do it.
