hi everyone, i said i would check in daily so that is what im doing hope no one is thinking eneough already, it helps me to express myself to you all and keeps me motivated. Day two was better than day one, i did not get the cravings for anything off plan but i made the chicken breast dipped in egg and then parmesan and there was some left over after dinner and late last night i wanted to eat it but i made myself go to bed, i was not hungry i just wanted it so there was no reason in eating it, but you know that was a great recipe i fried mine and it tasted so much better that fried chicken with flour, i also made some roasted green beans for the side, very tasty dinner.
Today me and hubby walked
for 30minutes, it was my first day back excercising i will work my way up right before thanksgiving before i gave in to food me and him were walking 6miles can you believe that and it was very hilly, i just dont think i would make it at the moment, need to work my way back to that. I also belong to a gym so will be going back there, i got a great deal when i joined which was in october i paid $320 for 3 years and thats it, they were running a promotion for there opening and i jumped on it, its paid off and i still have a little over 2.5years to get busy so thats what i plan on doing.
