hi everyone, ok day 4 is here and im doing well. i have no cravings anymore, the only thing i noticed is that my calories are up but i posted that under another topic and they said dont worry about it, so not sure if i should or not lol, the last time i did atkins i was weighing about 265 and was eating about 1900 calories on fitday, well the last two days i have consumed about 2300 calories on fitday but i also started this weighing 300lbs, im keeping my carbs under 20, and my fat and protein are in there right percentages so what is everyones take on this would love to know, do you all look at calories at all. the only reason i do is when i did atkins last i stalled really bad and got directed to this website that is what they call gold standard eating pretty much it is a much more stricter route to take, i cut out all dairy, and processed meats, which i dont eat much now just my morning bfast meat which is usually turkey sausage, but i let all that go and started losing again, but i did not want to start off this time like that, maybe work my way to that if i stop losing again, right now i just wanted to get the first two weeks over with before i tweak anything.
