  • Share your fear.....

Fear. horrid thing that. especially at night, when you are laying there trying to drift into dreamland......
.......thats when fear comes and bites.
So maybe if we post a fear we have, by sharing it, the bite will go away.

I have a fear of never seeing my ankles look normal again.

My fear is never getting rid of this belly pouch. I'm working on it by doing crunches and Pilates and there IS a big difference from when I started, but it still just hangs there mocking me. I want to someday wear jeans where I can't actually see my belly hanging! Grrrr!

My main fear is putting all of the weight that I have lost back on again. Thats what keeps me on the straight and narrow so much.

I have alwayes had a fear of car accident. When somebody else is driving i am really tense and sometimes upset. I don't make my fear known to the driver because i think it would drive them crazy.

          Good question,

My biggest fear in life is snakes

My biggest weight-related fear is that one day I'll cheat and won't be able to get back on the wagon ever again and that will be it, massive weight gain.

My biggest fear is vomit and vomiting.

My biggest weight-related fear is that either I will never lose this weight around my middle, or that I will lose it, and the stomach will just hang there like draperies.

              Re: Share your fear.....

Wow, I have a lot of fears that surface from time to time. The biggest is that anything would happen to my husband or children. They are everything to me and I just want for them to be safe and happy.

My biggest weight related fear is -- regaining the weight. I know that it will be something that I must work on for the rest of my life and can't imagine ever quitting my new life-style, however when I see others who've come so far and then given up, it really frightens me.

Thats about all the real fears I have. Some fears are things that we have no control over...so I just pray about it and try to do what I can to keep my own world running as smooth as possible. Other fears that I can control, I try to work on it and do what I can to change what I can.

I don't have nightfears like many.
