    To answer your question, pure water only, for my count at least. Anything flavored is on top of my water intake.

    This is nothing, when I was in basic training I was drinking over 4 gallons of water a day. Now, mind you, it was summertime in Georgia. But I'd have my first gallon done by breakfast, 1qt out of the rack, 1qt during pt (physical training), 1qt after pt, 1qt during breakfast. Currently I just can't do that much, no need for it.

      I think id puke if i drank a gallon by 7pm let alone for breakfast. Ive decided if i dont have fluid with me at all times I get three strikes then im makin something to hook it to me, so ill look like a fool but ill learn hehe. Thanks for answering my question
