    Good Friday to all. I am proud everyone is doing good on their water. I know some of you probably feel like your sloshing inside but keep it up . My pledge is for 125oz today. How much for you?

      I'm struggling with water intake. Picked up a cold with all the congestion that goes with it and the water isn't going down well.

        I am halfway to my pledge of 125. It is a little harder to get all my fluids down when I feel yucky, but I know it is what i should be doing to stay hydrated

          100 oz. down...25 to go...I better get busy...i'ts almost 9:00 pm. I don't want to be in the bathroom all night!!

            Well, I didn't make it. I'm way off today. We've been gone most of the day and I just don't like to drink while I'm out because of frequent trips to the bathroom. I guess though, that would be considered extra steps on the pedometer though.. lol.

            I did get in 60 oz.
