Monday thru Sunday Water 3/5--3/11

I am looking for another great week out of myself with my water consumption. I plan on drinking 140oz every day this week. I met my pledge everyday last week except one.

3/6/07 I pledge 140oz again today, came up 20oz short yesterday, was away from the water cooler too much. I will have better plans for today.I will keep a bottle with me when I have to go to the fields.

I bought this big ol' blue water bottle (actually my darling wife got it for me) at walmart 74 ounces. I drink 3 every day! Yes, I am waterman. It's funny, since I started doing the water hot and heavy, they've had to add another delivery of 1 big bottle to their exsisting order. I have made a difference somewhere! Life is grand!

222 oz a day! I probably have the worlds cleanest bladder. haha

Great job scooter. I planned on 100 oz yesterday and made 135 WOOT WOOT

Today i already have 100 OZ down so i'll go with 35 oz more.

I find it is much easier to drink water room temp, I have bought bottled water when we go out, but I don't like it cold for some reason. In the summer time, I keep an entire case of bottled water in my truck too.

3/7/07 I am aiming for 140oz today. Got a 144oz down yesterday. The hotter the weather the easier it is for me.

I sadden myself. I only took in 74 oz of water yesterday. I was really busy at work. I felt so thirsty at home last night, but I didn't want to drink much....I hate waking up at 3:00 am to answer nature's call.

But to quote Miss Scarlet O'Hara....Today is another day! or is that Tomorrow is Another Day....or maybe I have my movies mixed up, maybe that was James Bond.

Hmmm......oh well doesn't matter.....Drink that water folks! lol
