Monday thru Sunday Water 3/12--3/18

Good Monday morning to all. I am feeling great today because it is a new week. I hope to stay hydrated all week long. I met goal everyday last week except one and I look forward to correcting that mistake this week. My pledge for today is 144 oz. Good luck everybody and let me hear yours.

I'll shoot for 100 OZ today. Gonna be out of town and it's hard to drink water when your in a car for hours. LOL

I am having a real hard time with water in our new Dept. I am real far from water cooler and potty and it is a big deal to get pemission to leave. I need a new plan. My goal is 100 oz a day.

148 oz down, 74 to go. Oddly enough I drink water better at the office than I do at home. I don't know, go figure. Laurenfra, my sister is in the same boat as you (boat....no pun....water....anyway....) she works in an office where she has to get permission to go, she's pretty bummed about it. Sorry to hear that...I'm lucky I suppose, my boss is an awesome guy, as long as the work is getting done he doesn't care....

I feel for you guys, definately!

I do really well with water at work. As soon as i get home it gets hard, so i try to drink the majority of it here at work. LOL
