It's a monthly challenge: you commit to doing so much ab workouts each day for the whole month. Being new here and very out of shape, I committed to 25 ab crunches a day, for a total of 750 for the month. Well, heck, it didn't take long for me to improve and keep improving. Last night was 70 or 75, I forget which.
You can just jump in and commit to a certain amount for the rest of the month if you'd like!
