  • A new recipe a day

    Last time I was eating Atkins, I did get stuck in a rut of eating the same thing day in and day out, and I didn't read the book....

    But! this time I have read the book and am stoked and am trying a new recipe a day!

    So far, the Revolutionary Rolls are awesome! even better when made as a 'danish'....

    the cheese taco shells,.... my hubby even loves those...

    have had Korean BBQ with cauliflower rice...

    today, had a bacon cheeseburger quiche that I found on Linda's Low Carb Menus and Recipes. If you haven't checked this site out, I strongly recommend it.

    When I did Atkins before.. I was bored with what I was eating too and this time I am trying different things..and fully enjoying it
