One week down, ??? to go!

Well, it's the end of my first week back on the Atkins WOE and I have lost.... wait for it.....

10lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm thrilled! And really inspired to carry on!!!! My husband has also lost 10lbs, so we can celebrate together!!!

The toughest thing is the drinks, I am such a diet-coke-a-holic, but have given it up along with all caffienated drinks and all sweetened drinks -- the only thing I have drunk all week is water!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement!!!!!

that is super Katy, I am proud of you both. Keep it up.
I can relate on the diet coke addiction, it is a booger to break, but you are doing great with the water.

Thanks so much I can't believe I have actually survived without a diet coke for this long... who'd have known it was possible??! Hee hee!
