The following is from today's Fitday journal...
"12 pounds down in 8 days. Not too shabby. A little disappointed that I'm still over 300 but once I lose another 4 pounds I'll be under and I'll feel like I'm accomplishing something again.
So a little less enthusiastic, but GO ME! lol"
The only reason I'm not as enthusiastic as I once was is that somewhere in my head I get the feeling that I should have lost more in these 8 days. BUT my logic tells me that 12 pounds is fantastic and I need to keep on truckin'.
I have until my two weeks are up on Monday to decide if I want to weigh in weekly again all the way through or just go by how my clothes fit this time around. What do YOU do?
