    Here we go again

    I have done the Atkins WOE before and had amazing results but for some reason I stumbled and never got back up. Now I am determined to get this done and get it done the right way. I actually started 8 days ago and was amazed to find that I had already lost 10lbs when I got on the scale this morning. ( I was cleaning my room and the scale was right there, so I got on it)

    I don't plan to do that again for another 4 wks!!!!!

    Anyway it is good to be back I know first hand what the support here can do.
