  • Dry Brushing

For those of you that currently do dry brushing, I have a few of questions:

    1. How long before you see results?
    2. How often do you do it?
    3. Is there a specific kind of lotion to use?

I am on the journey and saggy skin was something I have been thinking about a lot. I drink a gallon of water daily and use the treadmill or WATP. I have recently started doing weights. I also take fish and flax seed oil pills. I'm trying to find all the options to prevent this before it happens.

    Thanks for your help.

    Re: Dry Brushing

    Hi, Hedi

I don't know anything about dry brushing, but what I've been doing is, using a homemade body oil everytime I after I shower. And I take fish oils and cod liver oils and I take a product called LONGEVITY, it is supposed to increase the HGH in your body and I've heard some really good things about that product, so I started taking it about a week ago.

I forgot about water, I'll have to add that to my day. My mom always said when losing weight do it REALLY SLOOOW! so your skin has time to adjust. That is hard for me because I want all this weight off now. It is hard to resit the urge to drop weight fast.

    Good Luck!
