  • 81 pounds down- back on board for motivation and support with not cheating!

I just wanted to drop a line to all you fine fine century clubbers! I'm back to get the support that I so surely need, in order to stay on track and I want everyone to know that I'm here to support you too.

I'm down 81 pounds- 40 or so more and I'm at my goal!!!!

I've been having some cheat problems, but thanks to being in control of my portions and hunger- I have beat the dragon that is bingeing!

Does anyone have about the same amount left to lose, or are you maybe having the same problem I am and need a buddy to get you through the long haul to goal, maintenance and beyond???

I'm on extended induction, but I will be moving to OWL once I am down to 20 pounds away from goal. I'm board with the limited food choices- which is most likely the reasons for my lax in judgement every so often, but I'm healthy and I really want to get down in the pounds so that my doctor will stop threatening my 26 year old body with blood pressure medication.

I am happy to say that I am now within normal to optimal range, with an average reading of 130/73!

TTFN for now and please drop me a line if you'd like to be my buddy!

Stay strong and live free of food addiction!! It's so liberating to not be hungry all the time!

Hi it looks as if you are doing great

Lots of people find that moving to OWL not only helps with the 'boredom' factor but speeds up their weightloss too!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Wow.. Congrats on your success so far! That is very inspiring to me! And congrats on conquering the glutton in you, LOL. That is what I am trying to get rid of right now. I just never seem to be able to stop eating. That's my addiction.

Anyway... I hope you are quick to lose that last 40lbs, but seeing as you already lost 81, it should be a piece of cake, uh, I mean a piece of meat, LOL.

Hope to see you here lots!
