so today I went out to dinner with the family to Applebees. For an appetizer they ordered the Nacho Supreme.... OMG!!! It looked so wonderful and delicious. It took every ounce of willpower not to dive in... all I could think about was how I would be screwing up every wrong I had righted the past few weeks. I just pictured myself naked (Not a pretty sight) and that was enough for me to lose my appetite. Another milestone reached!!! I slayed the Dreaded Applebee's Supreme Nacho Beast!!! YAY!!!!
once again out to dinner with my Dad... and there they sat a melted pot of dark chocolate right in front of me... I'm still really upset with myself. After all was said and done I went home and worked out for the second time today. I'm so dissapointed in myself. Tuesday is my weigh day and I'm hoping and praying this doesn't
