Have you felt like this??

This is day 4 for me on Induction. Yesterday and today I have had like hot flashes.....feels like a wave of feat coming over me. I am not doing anything usually when it happens. Anyone else??

OH yes, My body temp definitely feels warmer doing this way of eating. I know exactly what you are talking about.
I still have those warm spells run thru my body but my temp always checks out normal at the Doc's.

that is a very good choice of words to describe it. The cowboys were very lucky to win as sorry as they played. Lets just say they were cold and then they were hot to keep this from being a thread hi jack.

Sooo True Brady! if i were not a Die Hard Cowboy Fan i would have turned it off... but i just had to hang in there to see what was going to happen... and Oh My Gosh! they actually pulled it off! i ran out of the bedroom and my DH ran into the bedroom and we slammed into each other in the Hallway! Ha Ha!!! it was too funny! we were both like DID YOU SEE THAT?!?!?! even Romo said "truthfully i didnt think we were gonna make it"... im just glad they did! and im glad Wade Phillips is letting them play the way they know how to play! you have to let Boys be Boys you know? just let them have their Fun and it all turns out Good!

I felt like that for about 3 weeks and I was also cranky as all get out. I was feeling lousy. But then.... I started feeling better and better and better. Hang in there. This too shall pass!
