I want to lose weight because:
To accomplish my goal this is what I will do:
- I want to be healthier
- I want to be self confident
- I want to wear cute clothes, not plus size clothes
- I want to shop for clothes off the rack like everyone else
- I want to chase my kids around and play with them
- I want to get professional family pictures taken w/kids
- I want to be the first in line for a photo rather than run from them
- I want to feel attractive again
- I want to start dating again and hoepfully find "THE ONE"
- I want to be a happier person
- I want to be more active, hiking and other family things
- I don't want to notice that I am the fattest person in a room
- I want to feel comfortable in my clothes and with my body
- I want to have skinny lovin someday again (akward when overweight)
- I want to accomplish my goal and prove I can do this
- I want my family and children to be proud of me, more importantly I want to be proud of myself
- I want to enjoy looking at myself in the mirror
- I have high blood pressure & want to get off med
- I have sleep appnea & want to live through the night
- I have anxiety and some depression & want to get off med
- I cannot make it up a flight of stairs with huffing & puffing and I want to be able to clim the stairs or run the stairs without stopping to breathe
- I am a single parent and have two children who depend on me
- I have chest pains at times that scare me
- I want to live to see my kids have kids and be a grandma
- I am at times a very sad person and don't want to feel that way
To accomplish my goal this is what I will do:
- I will have a clean, extended and cheat free induction
- I will exercise at least 30 minutes a day even when I have to push myself
- I will be sure to drink the amount of water my body needs
- I will plan my meals out for the week
- I will baggie up snacks when on the go so I am not tempted to fast food it
- I will wake up each day with excitement, happiness and determination
- I will write in my journal
- I will not let the scale determine my success or my attitude
- I will not let family, friends or anyone else push me to eat what I shouldn't
- I will explain my Atkins WOE to everyone around me so they understand how important it is to me and to support me
- When I feel like I need support/encouragement I will come here





I know that you'll meet your goal, Angela! And dang it, I know I'll meet mine too! Because we are just hotties waiting to break out of our cocoon! LOL!!!
