I'm here...starting fresh today after doing REALLY bad the past week. I just finished a big grilled chicken salad. Now I'm off to get some cleaning done.

I'm here! Today is a new restart day for me. So glad to have a CC Roll Call to come to. Thank you. It couldn't of came at a better time. I had a really bad week this last week. The worst in about 2 months. I ate bread! I never eat bread, NEVER. I'm re-committed! I would like to be under 240 lbs. for the New Year. I began Atkins in July of "04". I have been quite successful with this woe. It was when I hit Maitnance that I began slowly putting weight back on. I've been at or around the weight I'm at now for a year. I control my type-2 diabetes with this woe and I no long have high blood pressure. I no longer require medication for the two diseases. It's because of my good health and how I feel, that keeps me going in this lifestyle. I'm so glad to be a part of the CC. There was a time where I never realized my dreams of being smaller and healthier would come true. That is no longer the case!

I'm here! A week into my restart after having spent the last two years undoing the prior 18 months of hard work. I never even cam close to goal last time, just half way there. But this time I will make it.
