    Me II hit a bump in the road yesterday and atarted feeling sorry for myself ate chinese and a pint of ice cream, an apple, cereal, and that's not all cookies to.
    I want to admit to the fact that we all have struggles and I am an emotional eater as well as a binge eater.
    This morning though I am up drinking my water eating some bacon and cheese and not feeling defeated thanks to all of you

    Yes you had a bump in the road, but the important thing is what will you do today about it. Sounds like you are back on track already. Remember we are all here for each other.

    You can do this and more importantly you have shown you want to do this.

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Good morning Austlyn, Bluebelt and everyone that comes here. Good for you Austlyn for admitting your mistake and getting back on track today. You can do this girl! Bluebelt- Have fun at the basketball game. Today I'm making cupcakes for my DD school choir bake sale. No worries here about that. I've been taking L-Glutamine and I have no cravings for anything sweet. L-Glutamine really works! I'm still not weighing until the 21st. Today is day 5 for staying on track. I found that when I began my weightloss 3 1/2 years ago that journaling really helped me stay on track. I also read alot about low carb. Knowlege is power and helps reinforce why we do what we do on this woe. Wishing everyone a great Atkins day.

        Good afternoon Austlyn, Bluebelt, and Sherri and all you other Century Clubbers!!

        Austlyn don't beat yourself up. You're human!! You've done the best thing...you got back on track. You can do this!!

        Right now I'm trying to make a menu for Thanksgiving. I found a recipe for a Pumpkin Bake that I think I'm going to try.
