Let's be really honest if some of us are this weight we know we got here by a combination of poor food choices and little exercise. I think that alot of the regular challanges would be to much for me and I will be honest I would eventually give up. I think we should have some special exercise challanges here.

I'm planning on picking up a set of resistant bands on my next trip to town. That and working out on my gazelle will be my exercise challenges. Great Idea!
