Hope everyone is up and ready to have a great day. Back to work for me today. First I have to go to the Doctor's for my blood pressure check up. About 9 months ago, I had it checked and it was through the roof, so they put me on medication. Hoping to get my weight down enough to get off the meds.

I have a severe case of imsomnia and really need someone to club me over the head so i can pass out for a few hours!

Just checking back in with everyone. Dr.'s went well, BP was down, still need the meds, but she was happy with the weight loss and lower pressure. Hopefully at my next check up in 6 months I can get rid of the meds or atleast reduce the dose.

I have been there and I'm sorry that you're going through it. Melatonin has helped me tremendously to get my body back in sync to where I can now go to sleep without it. It's natural; non-addictive.
