Good Morning!

November was a very slow month, weight loss wise, but I've finally left the 290s. It's so exciting every time I dip down into the next 10 lb increment.

Tonight is the first night of Chanukkah, so I will be cooking lots of high carb latkes for the rest of the family. I will be attempting a low carb version based on zucchini and parmesan cheese for myself. I will let you know tomorrow how they turned out.
