The latkes were GOOD!

I mentioned zucchini latkes in this morning's roll call. I am pleased to report that they turned out great. I didn't miss the "real" thing at all. I posted the recipe over in the "side dishes" section of the recipe area.

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
