    Update on Sis

Hi all! Thank you again for all the good thoughts and prayers
I spoke with my sister yesterday and her doctor said she can drive and begin doing other things - if she feels poorly to just relax again. So this is a big improvement!
    Thank you all again!

Oh Tamariah!! So happy to hear that your sis is doing so much better. It must be both scary and a great relief to you. Bless you both. I know life's curves are unpredictable ... the best we can do is take care of ourselves and be ready if we are needed. Good to see you posting!

        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
