Well, it's another beautiful day in Georgia. The high today is 77 degrees! I envy those who have snow. I would love to have at least one White Christmas! lol

I'm so excited about my 4.7 pound loss yesterday. Now I'm aiming for the 320's. I know I can do it this time. I feel so focused right now. I've finally reached a point where it's not a constant struggle to eat the right thing. I hope I stay focused through the holidays.

LOL on sending snow. I live in chicago so now it is all ice But was not as bad as they predicted. I feel sorry for Oklahoma and Missourri. They don't even have power.. I am one pound done back to original weight this morning.

Hi all!! I'm in Kentucky with the psycho weather....43 yesterday and 71 today. I never know how to dress. I wish it would get one temp and stay there for the season so at least I know what to anticipate. It's so not cool to have the heat on at night and air conditioning on during the day!
