I'm off to the gym in a few minutes. I'm not in the best of moods this morning so I'm hoping the gym will help lift my spirits. The scale is not being friendly to me this week after all of my hard work. I'm so frustrated I could cry (oh wait, I already have!) lol Hope you guys have a great weekend and I hope mine gets better.
Thanks for all your support. I love having a place to come chat with people who are on a similar journey.
LIZ
27/5'3''
Highest: 365
Restart: 352 on 10/1/07
*Mini goal 3: 299*
Goal: 150 (going skydiving!)
The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!
Liz-I know it's tough not to get discouraged once in awhile. But hang in there you are doing very good. Like Chicklady says, what does the tape measure say b/c scales can and do lie.
Also, I find posting my water and food in the Journal Stats forum very helpful (I know you have one b/c I check in on). Keep up the faith and effort and this will all work out.

Liz, everyone is right. The measuring tape can do wonders for your self esteem when that bad, bad scale isn't moving. As women, so many different things can affect our weight (especially that EVIL TOM). As long as you're staying on plan, it will pay off. You might not think it's working but hey, tomorrow you could have a huge whoosh!! Just DON'T give up because then you will never know what you could have achieved (this is the speech that is constantly in my head). As L'Oreal says...You're Worth It! We believe in you and we're here for you. Don't feel down!! Chin up!! You're doing great.
