    Good morning CCers What's everyone up to for today?

    Good Morning Everyone.

    Well today is the faculty Christmas party at school. I'm determined not to cheat. My plan...I am not going to eat anything at the party. I'm just going to go, enjoy the company, win some door prizes, and then when I leave I'll go get a fat, juicy hamburger to reward myself with for passing up so much delicious food.

    After the party I'm going to workout. I have Power today and I might try a new class called Interval. I'm not sure yet.

      Today is the Holiday Luncheon at work today. I am the President of the Benvolent Association so I will be busy getting ready. Have to go and pick up all the food and deli platters. So there will be all kinds of goodies, but I am not really tempted I am in a very good place about cheating (right now anyway, lol) I will stick to the deli meats (in moderation). No gym today, my hips are sore from two days of back to back Jiu Jitsu. More snow in the forecast, only 3-6 inches, but enough snow already. Have a great day everyone.

      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Good Morning Everyone! And may I say how GREAT I think you all are doing through the holidays and parties............its been pretty easy for me, we live 3000 miles away from any family or friends so I dont have to be "strong" at any parties, and we dont have any kids who are expecting to have all sorts of Christmas goodies here.

            Another two pounds gone at weigh-in today.
            The drivers are having a pot-luck, finger-foods party at work friday night/saturday morning. I'm glad they decided on finger foods, which will lean much more toward cheese and coldcuts than people homemade carby recipes. Now I have to figure out what to bring!!

                Good evening CC'ers! Congratulations to all the losers! So proud of EVERYONE It was a long day for me. Up at 4 a.m. for a day in town. The good thing is that I don't have to leave my mountain untill next year if I don't want to. None to soon cause it's snowing now. I picked up a beautiful Christmas ham today. I've pretty much got the holiday menu together. No cheating here, all legal! Kudos to all of you for passing up the poisons at the office and other holiday festivities! Great job. I identify sugar as poison. So thats what I call it. There is nothing nutritionally positive when it comes to sugar. It's simply poison to our system. So next time your eyeing that snicker bar or any sugar filled food, remember it's POISON! It may just detour you from eating it. Wishing all of you a wonderful evening! TTYL
