Good morning. Congrats on being 2 pounds down, Bluebelt. Can you believe... we are LOSING during the holidays rather than gaining? Amazing.
I'm heading to church -- haven't gone in weeks and the kids are asking to go. Hard to turn that down! Then they need haircuts. Then have to buy one last gift... then come back home and run (8 miles today) and wrap gifts, then go on a date with my husband -- a rarity! Hmmm, looking at that list, I think something might have to give... probably the wrapping. Or the running could wait until tomorrow, but I'm already overdue...

Adena, have fun shopping today and on your date too! Get that run in... if anything you could just shorten it, but don't skip it entirely. I think it's awesome how far you and Joy run! Maybe one of these days I'll be able to join you for a jog!
I have one gift left to get today and I have to go grocery shopping to stock my mom's pantry with Atkins friendly stuff. I haven't gotten around to it yet and I'm starting to feel tempted by the cheetos in the cubbard!
