Good Morning Roger, Liz, Cat and all those that check in. I'm happy to report that I'm back on track (fell of for a couple of days there) This will be day three on plan again and I've just about lost what I gained. I'm feeling so much better now. Strong and in control! Wishing all of you a great Atkins day!
