    Hey All

O.K. Here's my latest stats for the Spring Challenge:

    CW 252: Lost 2 more!!
Exercise Minutes for this last period: 420 Minutes

Whew I'm sore!! Been lifting weights and hitting the treadmill pretty hard but I think I may be overdoing it. Muscles are responding pretty good but the old joints are really starting to complain. I'm taking glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM but I hear that stuff takes a month or better to kick-in. I hope they're right because I don't want to stop working out... However, I am going to take a few days off and see how that goes. Maybe just some light treadmill stuff for now.

Well I managed to get 90 minutes in today. It would have been 120 but I was 30 minutes late to my kick class tonight due to HORRIBLE traffic. Apparently there was some huge wreck on the interstate and all lanes were closed. It took me an HOUR to get to the gym, which normally takes only 15-20 minutes. Oh well, I'm just thankful I wasn't involved in the wreck.

Blue, I have to ask, what is submission grappling?

Well, I will start on monday 21st Jaunary 2008. I started this WOE on 2nd January with a whole 100.8kgs (221.76lbs). I am currentry 99kgs(217.8lbs). My main goal is to 80kgs (176lbs). To the end of the challenge I would want to see myself at 94kgs (206.8lbs) I am pledginh 1300 minutes since I joined a dance aerobics class which I attend for 45 minutes a day, four time a week. During the weekend I walk with my hubby as he pleys golf but that goes on for hours which I cannot pledge here. I love this challenge idea. It will push me to do my four days a week exercise and more on the weekend. I am so exited

Hey Pemphero, sounds like you have a great workout routine. Dance class is always fun! I sent you a PM this morning explaining some things about the challenge.

Just a reminder, the Century Club challenge is for people who have 100 or more pounds to lose. While I hate to be the ADBB "Scrooge" and turn anyone away who needs support on this journey I've got to stick with the rules of the challenge so we don't veer off track too much. If anyone is looking for a challenge but is not a member of the Century Club (doesn't have 100 pounds to lose) there are some GREAT challenges in the Challenge Forum and the Exercise Challenge Forum that you can get involved in. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. I'm here to help however I can.
