We'll I'm not a long time member of the CC but just came on board in October. The CC has daily roll calls where we check in with each other and we have also just started a new challenge: Springing Into Action. We are challenging ourselves to see how much weight we can lose and how many minutes of exercise we can accomplish before the first day of Spring, March 21st. It's open to any Century Club member. Hi Sandyone ... Hi LizEllen!!! Hi everyone else! I'm doing well. I'm still committed to the Atkins WOL after several very long years ... my life has changed dramatically. As much time as I spent here when I was at my heaviest starting Atkins, I'm not on here as much as I once was. Healthwise, I'm doing well. No insulin ... no blood pressure meds ... I'm still rehabbing from an accident and multiple surgeries as a result a while back, but thankfully, the weight loss has made it easier for me. Can't imagine that I'd have had the stamina for it years ago. Anyway, been posting for a while from time to time, reading everyone's posts and getting to know people. Thank God for Century Club. It gave me my strong foundation when I first passed throught he portal they called Atikins!! Happy 2008 to all of you ... and may your health goals be met!

Kat...I am glad to see you are still hanging around...you joined a little after me...I gained about 30 of my 60 back but I am determined to get back going. I will be 51 this month I am too young to feel so old!
This board used to be such a help to me...so I jumping in feet first to get back losing!
