    Good morning i just had dinner. Thought I'd post a pic of it just to whet your appetites for the day Spicy shrimp with broccoli and pineapple. Oh the agony!

    Good Morning Everyone
    I see Chicklady is off to a great start this morning, I hope the rest of you start or end your day right, whatever the case may be. I had 2 scrambled eggs and sausage with 1 cup of coffee sweetened with Splenda.

      Good morning Chicklady and Suga and all my fellow CC'ers.

      Chicklady did you make enough for all of us????
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Good morning. I had scrambled eggs with cheese (fried in butter) and some sausage. Yummo! I love spicy sausage (Tennessee Pride).

                Good Morning CC'ers! I just rolled out of bed. Haha, I better not get too used to this sleeping in thing... It's back to work on Monday. *sigh* Alright, I'm headed to fix some breakfast... pumpkin w/ creamcheese and cinnamon. It's my new breakfast favorite. But your's looked pretty good there, Chick!

                  Good morning everyone. I have been tot gym and worked with my trainer already this am, had a slice of ham and brccoli quiche ( crustless ) fro breakfast, and will have chicken ceasar salad for lunch

                              I got the recipe from SugarFreeShelia (http://www.sugarfreesheila.com/). It's SUPER easy and quick. I'm not a breakfast person but I know I need it. So this gives me something quick I can whip up in the microwave and eat before running out the door. It's YUMMY!

                              The recipe is:
                              1/2 cup canned pumpkin (I use Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin)
                              1 (3-oz) cube cream cheese (I only use 1 oz and it's plenty for me)
                              1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
                              1 packet splenda

                              Heat in microwave for 40 seconds and it's ready to enjoy!
