Suga -- I LOVE using the on demand for exercise. You can change it up all the time. Of course, then I find something that I really like and it goes away. But it usually comes back after a while. Have fun!!
Day one for me. I was off plan for about a month after just starting last time but I am back to stay and make 2008 my year !!!
