    Good morning CC'ers, off to the gym and then work. I am so glad it's friday, this week has been crazy at work. It's good to busy, makes the week fly by, but also very hectic.

    Have a great low carb day

    Let's all make Water and Exercise a priority if we can.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

    Good Morning Bluebelt and fellow CC'ers!

    HAPPY FRIDAY!! I'll be hitting the gym this afternoon for Power and Groove class. My water intake has been great this week. I have drank nothing but water for the past 4 days!! That's quite an accomplishment for me. lol Hoping the scale will be friendly to me on Monday.

    Hope everyone has a wonderful, low carb day.

        Happy Friday everyone. I'm not as sore as I thought I would be this morning. I'll be hitting the gym again tomorrow morning.

        Keep up the good work. We have a good start to 08 going. Lot's of successes. You folks are keeping me motivated. Thanks!

            Good morning! Actually, we're having a thunderstorm....in JANUARY!!
            Hopefully it will let up long enough for me to take a nice long walk. We did get my mat put down, but I pulled something in my upper back, so I'm limited to walking until that ripping pain quits.

            My box of chicken showed up this morning, including a couple of bags of frozen liver. Anyone have any good recipes for chicken liver?

                    TGIF!!!
                    Checking in with a funny dream and a confession.
                    Y'all know my husband and I started Atkins and gave up smoking at the same time last month, right? Well we did,
                    anyways last night I dreamed that we were with friends and I left to run an errand and when I returned I was chatting with our friends and I said to them, "hey did Bob tell you we quit smoking? The friend replied, "really?" and about that time Bob turned around with a half smoked cigarette in his mouth and on the table next to him was a half eaten BigMac and in his hand was an Orange Crush soda pop.......I grabbed that soda from him and when I looked at the label it said:
                    Sugars---So much in here you'll want to drink it!

                    I woke up sooo mad at him.
                    LOL funny things that the mind can do!

                    Now for the confession:
                    Although I just started Atkins on the 15th of Dec. I have been dieting hard since the 3rd of Dec. and I have been fighting a sweet tooth that usually comes around TOM.......anyways I was cleaning out a junk drawer this morning and found a bag of Hersheys Kisses..........I've thrown them away but not before I ate 4 of them
                    Not a thing I can do about it now but be accountable right?

                          Sandy, Groove class is a dance class at Gold's Gym...mostly hip hop and latin style dancing. It's SO much fun and a great workout too.

                          Suga, 1) good for you for coming here to fess up on your little slip, and 2) good for you for throwing out the kisses before eating the entire bag!! The important thing is to just put it behind you and move on. Drink plenty of water and get right back into cheat-free mode. You've been doing so great on this WOE. Keep following the plan and the scale will reward you soon.

                            Liz, you amaze me!! I;m ready to keel over after 1/2 hour walk. When we went on our hike the other day, I told my DH he needed to learn CPR just in case.
