I am sorry if tis souldnt go here I am just tickled to death that I have lost 12lbs. Today i my first extended induction day and I am just exstatic about it. I can't wait to weight myself in 2 weeks. I also changed my goal weightto 140lbs as I know Iave been 140 before and I know I can get back to it. When I was 180lbs I started doing the gym thing 3 times a week and lost 40lbs so I know I can do this....
