  • Just Introducing Myself

    Hello all -
I've been lurking around here for the past few days and started Induction today, 01/21/2008. I'm so very impressed by everyone on here! I've decided that I want and need to be healthy for my two little girls. (And I'm also sick of holding my breath to tie my shoes)

I look forward to chatting with you all!

Hi and welcome to ADBB and the CC, it's a great place for information and support.

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

Hi and Welcome to the board and to Century Club. Glad you made it and Im sure you will find answers to ALL your questions, the people here really know their stuff.
Best advice.....get moving, even if it's just 10 minutes a day walking. Soon that time will turn to 20. Ohh and drink lots of water, and when you think you've drank enough.......drink some more. Join a challenge, it's a great way to stay motivated and accountable to yourself. Set some mini goals, 10 pounds each is alot easier to reach and helps to keep you from getting discouraged.
                Best of success to you!
