Good morning. I took my daughter to school (clean parking lot), stayed about 25 minutes and came out to a covered parking lot (snow). I don't know if they will let school out early - roads were getting slick.

It's thats blasted alarm clock.......it goes off every morning at 4:15.
As much as I would like to sleep in if I dont get up and make my husband get out of bed and out the door to work we will both be in the poor house and from what I understand they dont have internet there and I would be forced to be apart from the ADBB.
So thats my motivation.

I'm here...but didn't get joined up at the gym like I was hoping last night.
HOpefully by Monday. my partner has to get a dr's release because of high blood pressure...urgh!!
anyway, 6 glasses of water down, so I'm halfway there!! good on carbs too, but getting a little hungry. Didn't bring low carb snacks to work today but I should be okay till I get home and get some cheese.

Good afternoon everyone! It is a much better afternoon than the morning was for me. The withdrawal symptoms got worse today but I hope I'll see the end of them soon. I felt better after I got my first 32oz of water in so I hope it goes from there.
Good luck on giving up the coffee, ipedragon! I know that being free of caffiene is the way to go so we'll stick it out!
LOL, we all have our vices it seems. I never cared for beer in the slightest but I sure made up for it with the Diet Coke. Atkins is a stern, if loving, taskmaster.
