    Good morning everyone-Off to the gym and then my boys have a basketball game. Hope you all have a great low carb day.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

    Hey CC'ers! I'm off to my kick class this morning and then home to work on lesson plans. I've been procrastinating big time and need to get lots of paperwork done for school! Hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday. Have fun at the game Bluebelt.

          Good Morning CC'ers! I joined at the beginning of the week and feel great! Plan to do some painting today, actually re-painting a bathroom I painted last week and HATE the color! Lol...can I count this as exercies? Have a wonderful weekend!

            Good Morning, I'm going to bring my babysitters daughter to the salon to fix her hair, she did a number on it dieing it...then workout and off the work I go. I work weekends at a nursing home....no bosses Hope everyone stays warm...it's -5 here

              First week of induction gone, caffeine addiction seems to be gone, atkins flu has passed... and so has 12 lbs

                  It's awesome to see so many of us hitting the gym on the weekend! WAY TO GO!! Doesn't it feel great to be in control of food and get in a good workout!!

                    I'm down another pound and a half today. That puts me at 254.5, Whoosh I'll be getting in my work out as well today. Wishing everyone a great Low Carb day.

                        Good morning all. Took my walk before I even made my coffee today! I enjoy that---think I may do that from now on, on days that aren't too frigid.
                        On day three with my Nic-out filters I keep wondering how these are supposed to help me quit, but at least I'm getting 90% less tar, and I can feel it in my lungs when I walk.


                        Hey Blue, just an observation.....50 pounds in 3 months. Awesome!!

                              I would count it as exercise. I have painted once in my life (my daughter's room) and will probably never paint again. It kicked my butt. I lost 8 lbs. from the effort (no joke).
