I'm a huge fan of pork rinds with a little cayan pepper sprinkled in the bag and mixed in... SPICY pork rinds, without the MSG they put in the bagged kind.

I'll also have a nice plate of meats and cheese, and I'm making HOTWINGS!

oh yeah, one of my favorite atkins treats ever:

Take cream cheese and egg yolks, blend together well with a tsp of slenda, take the egg whites and whip them nice and stiff with a pinch of cream of tartar, make a little 'ring' from a piece of bacon (I just cook these in a muffin pan, easier to do) and put a dollop of the mixture in the middle. Cook for 30 minutes at 300 until the mixture in the center is nice and golden. These are simply AWESOME.

sorry I forgot how to make it

                Buffalo Chicken Dip
                3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
                8oz cream cheese

                1cup ranch
3/4cup franks redhot (any hot sauce really)
                2-3 stalks of celery
                about 1/2cup cheddar/jack shredded cheese

cube ur chicken into bite size pieces, cooking in a large skillet or pot, adding ranch, hot sauce, celery (also cut into bite size pieces), and cream cheese til it's all blended together. (it helps to break cc into tiny pieces, it'll melt faster) one its all mixed up, blended well, sprinkle ur cheese on top and serve hot. or cold. either way its sooo yummy my mouth is watering. and u can refrigderate and eat for days afterwards. ill get back to u on the carb count.

We have our traditions around the Superbowl since Atkins and have a crowd of friends and family. Shrimp, Scallops wrapped in Bacon, chicken wings ... I usually cook a turkey breast, turkey for me with a salad and turkey sandwiches for the carb eaters.
