    I hate hate TOM too. Mine is soon. Makes ya feel even fatter ughhh. Well I decided to hit the gym. My sister wants to go real bad. Then my friend wants me to go tonight too. Ahh I guess it can't hurt. I'll probably just swim tonight.

      Good afternoon everyone!

      I went to the gym for my fifth straight day last night even though I had rehearsal and I was a bit done with the day. I felt better after the workout though, so there you go.

      Congrats sandyone on those 2 pounds nevermore.

          Hey Everyone! Just checking in before I head for the gym. I'm taking Kick tonight. It's so great to see so many of us CC'ers hitting the gym or working out at home! I agree with Tim... you do feel so good after a workout. I have been sleeping so well at night since I've started working out!

          Congrats on that 2 pound loss Sandy and welcome to Onederland CAT!!! Save a spot for me!!!!

              Really? I love the feeling of pushing myself until I ache and then stretching it all out during the cool down. I don't always feel like going to begin with, but after the workout I always feel better. I want exercise to become my new hobby. I'm not to that point yet, but ideally that's what I would like to have happen.

                  Afternoon all!

                  Had a craptacular night at work last night, overnight security outage that went until almost 6am, back in the office by 10:30, so very little sleep, weight gain because of it, but I held firn, didn't have any of the huge pile of junk available.

                  Went to the gym last night before the outage, I'm going to go back this afternoon before heading home to take a nap.

                        I always thought that was so unfair! Run around like a chicken with your head cut off, work yourself to death........and gain weight from the lack of sleep. I tell people I'm on Atkins now, so i have to get my sleep. LOL

                          Hi everybody,

                          Just checking in...Im feeling kinda yucky today...woke up w/ a terrible migraine, and it hasnt really left all day. Tomorrow is another day though, and Im sure my spirits will be back up.

                          Congrats cat on breaking into onederland...I know you must be sooo excited...like liz said save a spot for me!!!

                          And congrats to everyone for all the exercize...were an active bunch!!! Thats awesome!!!
