  • New to Century Club

Just saying "Hello" to all and a little about myself. This is my second time around maybe third actually but after a brief step on the scale weighing me in at 245lbs on my 5'3 frame no more.

I need to be healthy, be able to clean my own house, shop for myself go outside for a walk all the things when your over a 100lb's overweight you have every excuse not to do.

I am not going to be weighing myself but weekly but would like to shoot for bi-weekly.

My hubby said this time just do it don't worry about him or our daughter they wont starve if they dont care for what I am eating(that plain scares me his cooking, both are natually thin)

So a big hello to everyone *Toast's of water to all!*

      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.

Welcome Alexis...this is my second time around...figure out what threw you off last time and determine to not let that happen again...last time I got sick and fell off and instead of getting right back on I stayed away. Well, I was into 3 weeks cheat free and got hit with a terrible flu for about a week...was unprepared and cheated...owned it weighed and got back on the board...this weekend it is cook and prepare weekend for me...I will not be caught like that again...I know myself. I have to prepare when I am strong for the moments I am so weak. I don't always want to cook so I need to have things prepared so I can come in from work and eat with little preparation.

I am excited when someone that has been away comes back...we have to encourage one another...I know you can do it...I know I can do it...

        WELCOME BACK!

          Re: New to Century Club

Thank you everyone for warm welcome. I have read the book over and over and over to the point I need to try and get a new one soon as many of the pages are missing.

I think what I lacked was last time was trying alone and saying "Oh I can handle it" which I know I can not.
