Cat is a great example of sticking to the program and planning to succeed. Her enthusiasm and support is contagious. I'm so happy for her and how her wisdom and example is affecting you and others who are following in her footsteps. This board is all about paying it forward in advice, example and friendships. What a wonderful post!

What a great post, I agree 100%. I just need to stop cheating, I did so good my first month, the whole month cheat. This board is great support and a great way to start off my days.
