    Use fitday for your sauerkraut. Most krauts use only a couple of tablespoons as a serving. Too inaccurate. If you have a half cup, it ends up like 3 carbs minus 2 fiber.

    PS.... I ended up with kielbasa and cauliflower for "breakfast" (about 3 hours after I got up)

          Hello Thumper,
          I know what you mean about eggs. I finally changed up my breakfast and now have been eating hot flaxmeal cereal in the morning or MUP (Mitzies Ultimate Pumpkin). Flaxmeal and pumpkin are allowed on induction. A great alternative to eating eggs. Lose the cheerios, They'll get you in trouble.

              On top of that, they're made out of oats----horse food !!
