    Okay, well maybe you guys could just make me some videos of you whipping up some delicious veggies and post them on youtube. Yes, that's an excellent idea if I do say so myself!!

            Here ya go Liz. Sorry about the pics, but it's a cell phone!
            5 ounces of spinach, 4-8 oz broth, 1 clove garlic
            1 oz neufchatel or cream cheese, notstarch (optional)
            Chop spinach and garlic. For creamed spinach, use 4 oz broth, for cream of spinach soup, use 8 oz broth. Cook down spinach, just about 5 minutes. For creamed spinach, cook down longer, until broth is just about evaporated
            Add cheese and stir in well. Add a sprinkle of notstarch if you like it thicker
            yummy bowl of vitamins and minerals Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired

                          Thanks Chick. I have NEVER been a fan of Spinach but since this is a new WOE in my life, it's time to reinvent my tastebuds. I will definitely try this.

                            Hey Liz, you might want to start out using baby spinach. I find it less "spinachy" or strong or something. Someone once told me it's because of some acid in spinach that isn't as strong, but I could just be repeating and unfounded statement *shrug*

                                Very rarely. I like getting the fresh stuff in the plastic "shell" containers. Tastes better and keeps fresher longer. When the bif E coli scare came out and they pulled all the spinach off the shelves, I bought frozen, but IMHO, it lacks.
