Century Club Roll Call - Wednesday 2-6-08

    So I am feeling really good today, finally over that nasty cold...and...I got my first compliment today...yay!!! My father in law told me "wow you are really losing weight, I can see a big difference" He has always been brutally honest with me, so I know I can believe him when he tells me he can see a big difference. So I decided to take a picture today & compare it to my one from christmas...and I was shocked at what a difference in just a little over a month. Anyway I couldnt wait to share with you guys.

    (I dont really know how to post them here...so Ill put them in my siggy I guess)

        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

              Great job on the weight loss myra! Jammie you look great thats awesome in just a month!
              I have my first personal trainer appointment at the gym today. I'm sure he is gonna kick my butt into high gear! That and the past few days my scale has inched up 4 lbs. But im back down 3 of them (thanks TOM grr)

              Hey i had a question about yogurt. Ive been eating the dannon light and fit carb & sugar control yogurt for breakfast in the mornings.. it's 2 g of sugar and 3 g carbs. protien 5 g, and fat is 3 g. Do u think its ok to eat this every morning? Im seriously hooked on it.. its so yummy! And i crave something sweet every morning.. so it helps me not grab the chocolate lol!

                Jammie, there really is a big difference...geat job!!!! Well I know we aren't suppose to have diet soda but I treat myself to it once in awhile, went to the gocery store today and got the new diet dr.pepper cherry chocolate...yummy, I kinda regret buying it because I know I will want more.

                      I believe you need to wait til you are on the dairy rung....not ok if you are still on induction...( they ARE good tho...)

                            What Rung are you on? For yogart you need to be on Rung 2 Dairy. Also, have you tried L-Glutamine for your morning sweet tooth? It will stop the cravings.

                              Hey Everyone! Just checking in before I head to the gym tonight.

                              Congrats on the weight loss Mirya. Jammie I love the new pic. You guys are doing great! Doesn't it feel good when someone compliments our weight loss, especially when you know they mean it!

                              Thumper...yay for new running shoes. Are you and your partner back on good terms now? I know he had really let you down with the whole gym situation.

                              Digital and Sandy, sorry to hear you're feeling under the weather. Hope you both feel 100% soon!
