    Good morning everyone! It's a great sunny day here in Southern California, although they're saying we might more rain. It's unnatural I tell you.

    Hope you feel better, Kathie. I'm just starting to feel better after a really icky sinus infection. Tea will make you feel loads better.

    Congrats on your cheat-free days, Sherri! Way to do it right and with conviction!

      goodmorning everyone! The scale is still being mean to me. I keep bouncing from 292-294 all week!! grrrr. I'm gonna have to start eliminating stuff im eating..

        Aww, hang in there Thumper. If you would like to post your menu here maybe we can help. Keep consistant with your net carb count, portion size, water (lots and lots). Are you getting enough veggies in. Most of your carb count should be coming from your veggies. Let us know if you need anything, okay?

          Hello Dropzo,
          My scale still does that to this day. I'll have a whooshie then bebob a couple of pounds for 6 or more days then have another visit from the whooshie fairy. Give your body a chance to adjust to the last lost pounds. Then the scale will move down again.
          What Rung are you on? Just curious. What foods are you thinking about eliminating?

            Morning CC'rs! Feeling good today, work is completely piled up of course, but when isn't it?

            My wife made some 'atkins stew' last night... kind of came out more like Meat Soup, but I'm digging it.

                I know I have been missing in action, but I have been on track for about five days and am down five pounds. I have been exercising this time around and I am starting to feel really good. I bought some Turbo Jam videos they are fun. Have a good low-carb day

                  I have never actually put butter in my tea...but now that I think of it, back when I used to eat toast, I would dunk it in my tea...made the tea a little buttery and it WAS good!

                            Im still doing my induction, today is the end of my 2nd week. But i am gonna try cutting out the diet soda. Ive been having 1-2 diet cherry pepsis a day. Im gonna cut those out and drink tons of water and see if i see a change. thx

                                here and 100%. Doing great. felt a little odd this morning but I am pretty sure it was an axiety issue.
