  • Hey guys

It's been pretty long since I've posted in any part of the forum. I wish I could have happy news and stuff, but sadly I went off the wagon and had at least a two month binge. Although I ate Atkins friendly meals, I nibbled and ate sweets I wasn't supposed to. haha I thought I could handle a couple of cookies and fudge. But no. Those nibbles caused me to gain 20lbs. I also get really depressed when winter comes. All I want to do is eat and sleep. So that doesn't help me. But, like everything in life, it was a learning experience. Not only do I eat because I'm bored; I eat to be happy, too. Horrible. But I'm back on plan. I've already lost 6lbs. Next winter I'm going to be more prepared!

Welcome Back! Congrats on those 6 pounds already lost. I hate that you stumbled but sometimes it takes just that to learn from our mistakes. This time you'll be more prepared. I look forward to seeing you around the board.
