I totally forgot to event think if vivarin would be ok. I'm thinking it was probably bad bad bad. But I needed an energy boost this morning to get my housework done. I hope it wasnt too bad a thing to take. But I'm sure I'm burning it all off!

I don't think it will hurt the diet unless you do it every day
