            Beth!!! don't slip away...just get throught the day, one at a time....sorry about your bad week ...I had a bad week too ( really bad) and this is the one thing I am doing for me and I WILL NOT GIVE IT UP!! backsliding will just make things worse!!

            Sandy...I have never done anything for 30 years except smoke (I was REALLY committed) and I don't even do THAT anymore....congratulations!!! and another pound down to boot!

                              It's sunny and warm here, a nice change.

                              I love hearing about how everyone is losing! I am so jealous I don't get to weigh for another 15 or so days!

                              Well, the not eating enough finally came to a head and I am weak and shakey even though I upped my food yesterday and today. I also started getting acidic and getting indigestion the past few days. I didn't go swim as I usually do after class but I decided to come home and eat (on plan) as much as I could. For the first time in my life, I wrote a list of the things I HAD to eat before the end of the day. I put it all in fitday and finally got it over 1700 calories.

                                First, I am AMAZED that you have the willpower to stay off the scale!!
                                Secondly, I almost always put my next days tenative meals into fitday. That way i know what adjustments I need to make to keep my meals at close to 100% RDA, plus in line with carbs, fats & protein percentages. Now, there have been many ocassions when i get home in the morning and am not in the mood to make what I had planned----but at least I know what I have left for my requirements and where I stand on carbs and calories. Ok, I might be a tinyyyyy bit anal
